What data do we process?
- Contact form: Your name, e-mail address, phone number, company name, request type and the information you share in your message.
- Technical data: To keep the site secure and prevent misuse, your IP address, browser information and request logs are processed by the hosting infrastructure.
- Analytics data: Only if you consent to cookies, statistical data on how you use the site is collected through Google Analytics.
For what purposes and on what legal grounds?
We process the data received through the contact form in order to answer your request, prepare a quote and communicate with you, on the legal grounds that the processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract and that it is necessary for our legitimate interests (KVKK Art. 5(2)(c) and 5(2)(f)). Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure. Analytics data is processed only on the basis of your explicit consent; you can withdraw your consent at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of the page.
Who do we share your data with?
The site uses Cloudflare for hosting and security, an e-mail delivery service to forward form messages by e-mail and, if you give your consent, Google services for analytics. The servers of these service providers may be located outside Türkiye; such transfers are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK. Apart from these, your data is not shared with third parties and is never sold.
How long do we keep it?
Contact requests are deleted or anonymized once the request has been concluded and the applicable statutory retention periods have expired.
Cookies
The site does not use any cookies that are not necessary for it to work without your consent. Your language and cookie preferences are stored in your browser. Google Analytics cookies are only loaded if you select "Accept".
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information, to request rectification or erasure of your data, to object to processing and to claim compensation for any damage. You can send your requests to info@statikcell.com; we will respond within 30 days at the latest. If you are located in the European Union, you also have rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which you can exercise via the same e-mail address.
